Had my best experience at this public storage location! Kevin was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout my time here! Can't say enough about the job he did!

The facility was clean and the storage unit was waiting when I arrived. However, there were no carts to move boxes from my truck to the unit, the unit rented was advertised as a 10 x 10, but it's actually 8'4' X 9'8 (MUCH SMALLER)', there's a bump-out inside the unit which takes up storage space, the door doesn't stay up, and the light isn't working. When visiting the unit during business hours, the clerk wouldn't open the door from the loading dock to the office and I had to leave the building and enter through the front door.

Kevin gave great customer service in providing me with the unit that fits my needs. He took the time to show me several units so I could the see what they look like.
