The facility is convenient and well managed though a bit pricy for a small unit. In the past, the staff has remained behind the desk and not engaged - this time Jason came out, asked if we needed help and assisted in shoehorning a file cabinet into the back seat of a car - very personable, careful and proactive. He's a keeper and an asset to the business.

A clean, well-lighted storage facility with a very helpful staff. Jason was particularly helpful to me a few days ago when I needed a second unit. He took extra time and care to find the right one.

Quite a good storage facility -- clean, convenient, temperature controlled, 24/24 access, and a nice selection of different-sized units. There's ample parking and there are lots of moving carts to help bring things in and out. Not the least expensive place, but the prices are competitive. Jason, in particular, is very proactive and customer focused and terrific to deal with. A few things to keep in mind with any storage facility -- i) you may get a significantly better price by reserving online than by showing up in person to reserve, ii) expect your monthly fees to go up, sometimes by large amounts, after a few months, and iii) timing is important when you vacate a unit as there is no pro-rata refund of the monthly fee.
