I had a fixed rate contract, and after two months, they started to raise the price.
This is a very dishonest and fraudulent company. Even their staff is part of it as well
They give you hundreds of release of liability paper to sign at the beginning, and that's a good indication of how trickery they are going to be.

Need storage space in or near Bethesda, Maryland? I have had storage space at this location for many years. Though I have never had a complaint about Management, I need to mention this particular Manager (named Jason) because he stands out apart from the others with providing extraordinary service. Jason is awesome! I recently transferred to a larger unit with Jason providing exceptional assistance. The floors with the storage units are well organized, spacious, and clean with convenient room temperatures.

Jason has great work ethic. He took the initiative of providing me with extremely accommodating and beneficial information that made the transfer process run smoothly and successful. As Jason engaged in his routine of managing the floors of the Public Storage building, he occasionally checked in to see if I needed assistance with anything further. Jason is friendly, thoughtful and very professional.

Jason was terrific! Above and beyond!!
