I think customer service and respect for guest should be incorporated more in training.
The way they talk to the guest is extremely distasteful! Threatening to hurt my credit score if I don’t pay is very harsh and alarming. I would pay more for a storage unit where I would be respected and appreciated, than to continue to save money and have a property manager, whom sets a example for their staff to treat me like my business with them has no value. I will never ever use this company again, and I hope that Akena takes my constructive criticism and prevent this from happening to any other future customers. Also there are mice dropping EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! My perfectly sealed boxes were covered in mouse poop!!!
There was a huge whole in the unit where the back wall and floor meet making it accessible for them to come in and out of my unit!!!

Love this spot. Clean, pest free, and customer service is amazing. I continually recommend this place to clients and family— I’m a professional organizer and advocate for a clean and clutter free living space. Get yourself a storage unit! Also, KD made the experience better, he went above and beyond to ensure I got the storage unit right for me.
