Easy to sign up, easy to access. When I arrived, the app was easy to use to access the site. It had snowed and the person on duty, Cynthia, was out shoveling a path to the doors. She was extremely nice, polite, and professional. She quickly helped me find my locker and followed up after I had everything set up to see if I was satisfied with my unit. Great experience.
If I can give this storage unit 0 stars I would,
They are never in the store during their hours they practically close at 1pm everyday. They lie about sending you mail to “notify” you of a price increase of almost twice the amount of the unit cost. They cannot even lie to tell you what date they “deliver” it, I asked for the details of the document and what it looks like and after a week emails me the pdf but failed to send me the file’s details of when the document is created. Probably because it’ll say it was made recent. Do not store your items here please I beg you
Ashlyn and Amanda were very helpful and kind during my move in process. They were knowledgeable on all the questions I asked.
Staff is nice and friendly but the facility is overrun with mice and rats. Went to grab a few things out of my unit prior to fully vacating but ended having to take what I could and abandon some of my possessions and valuables behind due to everything being saturated and covered in mouse and rat feces. If you rent a unit here expect your whole unit to be ran through by rodents and their feces littered throughout all of your belongings. Once a pest infestation occurs and damages my possessions I surrender those items to the facility responsible for it.
If you’re looking for a clean and safe space for your belongings LOOK ELSEWHERE! On top of ridiculously raising rates with minimal notice all of my belongings were either molded or completely covered in mouse droppings. Cardboard boxes that were sealed were somehow chewed through and mouse droppings all through them.
When I brought this to the property managers attention she showed little to no care until I said I would be writing a review to tell people of my experience. She then begged me not to do that and said she would put a note on my account to see what they can do for me. I spoke with the district manager at this point they are just giving me the run around and offering no help. I have now also been charged for the month of January when I have already been completely moved out and will have to contact my bank to dispute the charge.
