Charles was very professional, polite and patient. He explained everything that I needed to know! I was frustrated and he patiently walked me through the process, when my phone wouldn’t work properly! He made sure the unit was what I needed! I truly appreciated him not rushing me, and treating me with respect! Job well done ! I would recommend your facility, should someone ask me about storage units!
