Ever since Charles took over as manager a few years ago-this storage place has been great. Charles made so many improvements and keeps it neat and clean. And ensures that there are carts right at the door for you to make it easy to load and unload. I have been using this place for 6 years-very happy now that Charles is there. He cares ?
