Pat is super amazing and helpful when it comes to public storage! Answered all my questions about it and when all was said and done, I now have a safe space for my comic book collection and it doesn't take two rooms in my house!!

Do not use this service. I saw the owner trying on my wife's coats while eating an egg mayo sandwich. When i confronted him he ran to his car shouting something about having to check for mouse damage. About half of my LPs are missing and there are holes burnt into my sofa. When I told them I wouldn't pay they threatened me with legal action.

Pat was so unbelievably kind, friendly, and HELPFUL! He went over and above to find a solution (to a problem caused by another user, not Public Storage itself), was overly apologetic, and solved the hiccup quickly and efficiently. Everyone should be like Pat!!☺️
