I rented a storage unit for over a year and never had a problem. While there is no visible office staff on site, the lobby kiosk works well. When I needed to buy a new lock and later when I was evacuating my unit my call was routed to John who apparently manages this location either from the back office or from a different location. John was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions and resolved my issues promptly and clearly. I would definitely rent at this location again.

Ron is an angel on earth, he helped me with everything and cared about my needs. I am very happy with the space. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service provided by Public storage.
The exit door of the storage unit was completely opened during October.

Within a period of 6 months, the rent was doubled twice and the first time increase was without any proper notification. Even if you move out on the first of the month, they get the entire fee month.
