Wow! What a great experience with this storage place. The enrollment and move-in process was incredibly smooth and transparent. They do require that you buy a lock and insurance but it is all very reasonable and straight-forward.
At one point I didn't secure my lock correctly and they were quick to call me to let me know so that I could go and put the lock on right to secure my locker. The access to the unit was easy and everything went smoothly, including checking out, which was very simple. Highly recommend this place!

Easy to sign up - horrible to try and close rental agreement. Local manager is not onsite and does not return phone calls.

I had this very heavy toolbox and one of the workers Joseph came over and help me with it I thought that was awesome
