I am so happy I got to meet Nancy, before arriving I read the reviews and they are all pretty spot on! she’s fantastic great customer service and was able to help me with the payment process the one that was at her location, and of 2 other units that was off her site. Even though she doesn’t manage the other locations, she went out of her way to make sure I was all set to go for the other units I got there. It saved me ALOT of time! Thank you for your patience and kindness Nancy! If I lived closer and needed storage, this would be the place I trust my things to be at.
