Kathleen is THE BEST!!

Public Storage is a complete scam. Ever since this facility was sold to Public Storage, the rent has continuously skyrocketed (only increased about $15 per year with the previous owner). Public Storage's business model is to lure you in with a low rate, and then consistently JACK UP YOUR RENT until you decide to move your shit out. They do this because once you've spent the time and money to move your stuff into their locker, you're a captive customer until they push the rent high enough for you to justify the expense to move again. Immediately after they purchased this facility, I was notified that my rent of $149 would go up to $199, which took effect before the new signage was even up. Rate increases only got bigger with time. MY RENT IS NOW $326 AND I HAVE TO THROW EVERYTHING AWAY. This company is a complete joke. All locations do this; this is my third bad experience with the same corporation. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE, OR ANY PUBLIC STORAGE!!!
