Jessica was so nice and the property was so clean. Great service.

My lock did not work and when I took my stuff out of storage I was told to leave the faulty lock in an envelope in the lock box to get a refund which I did. I have called numerous times but it's been 10 days and no refund yet. And, mice got into my storage somehow there. Does not have good customer service and they do not take good care of their customers. I'd go to a better storage company!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them!
