Excellent! PM Parbatee and Dell were very helpful and was there to help me. Wonderful customer service from the both of them.

I am preparing to move to Durham NC from out of state. I will need a place to store some personal items until I purchase a home in that area. I made a reservation online for the Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd location. I have spoken to the store manager (Parbatee) via phone several times. She has been extremely helpful in helping me take steps needed to hold the reservation. It is necessary to appear in person to guarantee the storage space. I will not be able to do that for another week and a half as I am travelling from another state. The care and support provided by Parbatee has been invaluable. Thank you.
