So far, great. But I have had this unit less than a month
Online setup was easy
They only seem to have 4 carts available. Most of the time, that’s plenty. But if you happen to hit a rush, you may need to wait
And we have found them abandoned in the building, occasionally, rather than being returned.
The gate and the door have broken - but in both cases, they had a repair company there very quickly.
The app to unlock this is pretty good - once I learned that the two elevators are different buttons in the app, but the entry gate uses the same button to go in or out, even though the app has 2 buttons.
