UPDATE: ALTHOUGH THE STAFF IS VERY NICE, BUYER BEWARE... THEY WILL NOT PRORATE YOUR MOVE OUT. SO IF YOU MOVE OUT ON SAY THE 5TH OF THE MONTH YOU'RE PAYING FOR THE FULL MONTH.. WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSE TO ME.. EVEN IF YOU'RE MOVING OUT ON THE 2ND YOU'RE PAYING FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. THAT'S WHY I WILL GIVE THEM TO STARS IS SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE STAFF..Wonderful staff! Samantha was very helpful with getting an appointment, and Dave was very polite and helpful. Great place for storage. The only reason I could not give it five stars was because when we went to pay with cash we were told they did not have change. Luckily, ShopRite is right across the way so my husband went and broke a larger bill to give them exact change. So I would highly recommend the storage unit because of the wonderful customer service, but if you want to pay with cash make sure to bring exact change. Would highly recommend

Update: I recently had some issues with moving from my previous home to the next and thankfully when I called to ask some questions about my unit and the time frame I could come move some of my stuff I had a really lovely lady on the other side of the phone who made me feel like I was back in control again. It’s been very stressful moving all my stuff around but at least I know it’s safe at Public Storage!! Thanks again!! I can’t imagine putting my stuff anywhere else!

The customer service is unmatched!! I was really nervous about the whole process but I received a phone call almost immediately after booking my move in date… and I ended up moving in that same day! It was such an easy process and the lady on the phone (I think her name was Sam) made me feel so much better about the whole process. The place was spotless and clean as well I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Thanks again girl!!!

The property was clean and very well kept. I had the pleasure of being helped by Sam.. She was super helpful, and insightful. Also very polite. I asked a lot of questions and she didn’t seem bothered at all and answered everything friendly and fully answered everything. You can tell they really care and are there to assist the customers.
