Very professional. I made my reservation online; when I got there I checked in and got my gate code immediately. Moved my things in and my lock was waiting for me at the unit. I got a welcome call from the manager to make sure everything worked out with the unit. Extremely happy with the service

Absolutely the WORST storage facility I have ever used. Ceiling in the unit was coming down and ruined my belongings. No lights where my storage unit was located. Moved out on the first of this month and was charged rent for the full month. Will NEVER rent from any public storage facility again. Oh yeah and they raise your rent after 3 months with no notification or notice or reason. Non caring management. Or should I say Non existent management since this is an ' unmanned' location. Worst experience renting a storage unit ever

I've been in this unit for over 6 years now. The management staff (especially Sherri) has been nothing but good to me. They are very helpful in any situation I may have and continue to keep the property up it top shape. My things have always been safe and secure in my unit. I would not want my belongings in any other storage facility. Hince is why I'm still here.
