This company is a scam. If you make a reservation you have to cancel the same day or you are charged for the entire month plus the lock, admin fees and taxes, etc. This isn't clearly defined anywhere, there is also very few direct phone numbers to the location, the website doesn't allow you to cancel and customer service can't help until you actually have your move in date. I spent weeks chasing down a live human to cancel my reservation and refund my card as I never moved in to the unit. Customer service flat out said oh well, even after acknowledging there is no way to cancel same day or ever be refunded. So be 100% sure you are moving into the unit you selected, do NOT reserve or hold the unit while you shop around or work on the logistics of your move bc you will pay for nothing.

Spoke a representative named Angel , he was very polite and professional. He provided everything in detail 10/10 would recommend
