Very friendly staff and well maintained.

It had been a very hard move, very sudden, very long and very unexpected. Joseph, working at the front desk, helped me immeasurably. He was incredibly human in a moment when we were all exhaustedand stretched thin.

I greatly appreciated his customer service and the degree to which he went above and beyond to help me when I really really needed it.

Joseph has been the most helpful employee ! Very knowledgeable and helpful recommend public storage to anyone. Will not be disappointed!!

I have been to this facility on 5/6 separate occasions and every single time i have tried to get into the office to speak to someone about a refunded lock that i didnt need in the first place and expressed to the front desk explicitly, they hold a finger up as in to tell me to hold and they stay on the phone. My one question to every single person that works at this facility, do you do any actual work or do you just chat on the phone all fay? Also the facility had broken glass on the 4th floor for two weeks straight, I guess maybe the cleaning crew (if you have one staffed) doesnt do their job either. So once again, does anyone do their job? You can check my google profile and see that i have maybe 3 written reviews. I dont go out of my way to write any, but this experience is the worst customer service experience in the history of capitalism. Have an awful year :)
