Both of the gentlemen were the epitome of poster boys for customer service. Very professional knowledgeable and most importantly patient! They made my experience a pleasure and Public Storage needs to recognize their skills

An assistant, Joseph at Merrick Rd public storage has been helping me out for almost 1 yr.
He's been very friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth

I utilized this storage center for about a year and a half. It was very clean, well-kept and perfectly temperature controlled. Joseph helped me on my move-out and he was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this location!

I have used this location off an on for many years. Most recently I’ve been dealing with Joseph. He is awesome. Informative, patient, and helpful. He takes his work seriously and is kind and considerate of all the patrons. He is truly a credit to Public Storage. These 4 stars are for him and the ease of using the location. The other members of customer service that I’ve tried on the phone are not as helpful and are the reason I took off one star. Joseph could give lessons or workshops on customer service.
