Checked out two units at this location. Isiah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and rental process.

Isiah was a pleasure meeting, he was honest and upfront. He waived my late fees due to a misunderstanding. He listened to my concerns made it a very comfortable experience for me.

I like the staff here and everything about this location. The only thing I’m irritated about is the fact that we rented in August and they are already raising our rent as of 12/1. So not even 6 months before a rent increase. Kind of shady.

Finding a good storage unit with helpful and respectful workers is hard to find . I got recommend by a friend to go to this public storage . She said that the worker upfront was very nice . So when I went the manager named Payton was very insightful with helpful at the farmingdale location .

Isiah was very helpful, he knows the building very well I got lost the first time around
