Want to give a shout out to Dylan for helping our family navigate through a most difficult time. We had a house fire, pet and car issues in addition to health issues hit us all at once. The stress of losing your personal belongings is tough and trying to save what you can fills the void a bit. Dylan went out of his way to assist our family when we REALLY needed some extra care and understanding. We thank you for going the extra step and out of your way to help us when we needed it the most.

Let me be frank (not my name). I have shopped around at many storage locations yet have always gotten the same reaction. As someone with an eclectic collection of oddities, I always draw a strange eye at such places. Here though the staff was very welcoming and I did not feel the need to be embarrassed of my storage needs
