one of the worst people to deal with. When I opened a unit it was smooth sailing, once it was time for my first payment they tried to make me pay triple the amount which happened to be someone's else account. second payment made over the phone smooth sailing .. received a past due email to then find out from a property manager that my bank had 'reversed it' and charged them for 'insufficient fund's I called my bank and they have no records of it my bank account hasn't had any issue since i've opened it at 16years old. I've called them over 10xs left multiple voice mails and NOTHING ! I refuse to pay for something that wasn't done on my end. Taking my items out of this unit ASAP !!!!!!
