The move-in process was very seamless and professional. The unit height was mind blowing and works perfectly fine for what we needed. As a small business owner, this was the best unit we have used so far. Will be booking another unit this week, added to our current 12*40 unit. Anna was very professional and polite.

DO NOT rent a unit with this company!
They raise rates whenever they feel like it despite clarifying that the rate will be the same during the lifetime of the unit. Despite this, when clarifying with a rep that the rates would never change as long as I had the unit after 2 months, they got a 50% rate hike, then the following month they did it again. I'm in a different state attempting to finish building our house and put our belongings with public storage, thinking they would be safe. Instead, I'm being held up. This is a robbery of trust and peace of mind I thought we were getting when we chose this company to house our belongings in this stressful time and instead I'm getting more headaches and will have to put everything on hold to come correct my error in thinking this was a reputable company. !!DO NOT!! make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else!!
