Anna from Public Storage was rude. I’m not pleased with her snide remarks. This was the absolute first time I ever rented a storage unit. Not pleased at all. The customer service is awful @ the Medina location on Pearl Road

Ok. So. I am going to fast forward a few weeks. I received a call from Max, the District Manager from Public Storage & Christine. I want to thank you both for being so kind. Little did I know that Max was going to call, but he was SUPER NICE & Christine too! Thank you both Kindly & it’s been a pleasure doing business with both of you..

I have always been pleased with this facility in Medina - clean and accessible. There are two incredible employees that always go above and beyond the call of duty! Terry and Anna are both amazing in their compassionate customer service. They are both truly assets to the company they are employed by. Thank you!
