After leaving a bad review the corporate manager from Akron caled me to dress my concerns told him not much he can do it's an AI corporate thing now everything's automated but I appreciate it he took the time to call me I vented a little ? told him to have a great day and I would leave a better post rating. Use storages all over the country things aren't like the old days????

I went in yesterday 3/29/24 to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger unit. Anna was super helpful, and we had it done in minutes. Quick and painless.

I highly recommend Public Storage in Medina as I have always had a good experience there, and rarely when I have a question or need to fix something like switching storage units they are extremely helpful!

Very clean. Very nice property manger. Managed to loose my lock keys and they were very helpful with cutting and replacing my lock.
