Public Storage

Management reached out to me and made my long day alot better. I didn't chance to answer the phone because I've been so busy but I've been having a very bad last couple weeks which overshadowed the many positives of public storage which is and the late fee ticked me off but the many positives:

Opening and closing gate with ease of Bluetooth with public storage app

Super responsive and caring management team

The Milwaukee location is in a great location no crazies around..

Clean facility. No bugs or mice

It's well worth the money for peace of mind

It makes me happy that if I have a problem I can reach out to management

Michelle a was a great help and went above and beyond to make last minute changes in securing a larger unit and making the arrangements easy for closing out the smaller unit. Thank you Michelle! You really helped me out! I highly recommend speaking with Michelle and renting storage at this facility.

Automated machine with live video call kind of odd

Michelle was really helpful and knowledgeable. What could have been a real nightmare was made into a pleasurable experience that brings a smile to my face. I would recommend that she get promoted, but that cheat others from receiving the positive experience I got; she should at least get a raise , no matter how much you’re paying her.
