I was surprised there was no live person to help.
Nothing that I saw informed me of the $19.95 charge for the lock or the $1 charge for insurance for the first month.
My initial billing was incorrect and had to be changed.
One of the doors to access my hall way doesn't have a way to open from outside.
Personnel were all helpful.

Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She made my check-in a breeze!
