I rented for many years without a problem I recently moved into a bigger space and went back to my interior unit after a month of not visiting the place and my wife and I found a dead rat and droppings within our unit. We have family things and our daughters stuff in there and we don’t know if any of it is salvageable or not we did not have any food in our unit. So far management seems willing to work with us hence the 2 stars but I would stay away from this location if you are looking for a storage idk about the other 2 in the area but this isn’t the first time I’ve seen people talk about rats regarding this location

1st off, Gladys is very helpful and friendly to deal with. She is very kind and took the time I needed to get things situated. That being said, I have read the other reviews about a rat infestation, and I have seen rat droppings in the hallways. This falls directly onto the shoulders of Public Storage Corporate & the Pest Control company that Public Storage deals with. I understand there are restaurants and dumpsters near the area, but a good Pest Control company should have NO PROBLEM dealing with this issue. Corporate needs to step-up their game and have someone ACTIVELY trying to trap and control those rats and mice. Corporate, I am calling you out on this one.
Get a reputable Pest Control company and have them do the proper exclusion work, as well as traps and bait stations. They know what to do and so do you. Get on it.

This place is completely infested with rats! DO NOT rent from here. My mom’s items were completely covered in rate pee and poop. The building smelled of urine and the climate control was not even on. This place is disgusting.
