The Management, Gladys, was extremely professional and helpful. I recommend working with her.

Revised: After a year of storing our furniture and household items here, we are forced to remove them all due to RATS.
Apparently another tenant stored food in an adjacent unit and rats got into everyone’s units. All of our furniture was wrapped in plastic and in high quality boxes so very few things were ruined but no compensation was offered as the storage agreement states that pests and subsequent damage are not their responsibility.
I retract my 5 star rating and revert it to a 1 star.

(Old review: Five stars for the service we received from the site attendant Gladys who went above and beyond to help us out. We had some issues with moving in and Gladys got to work making things right. Kudos to Aki as well who helped out on the phone.)
