Public Storage

I have been renting with public storage for some time now and I have never experienced the level of understanding and customer service and professionalism like I have with Roxy.

There is no response from this facility when you call. I have been locked inside the gate twice. Called and left a message when I got out for help. No one has ever called me back

I was having a great experience at this location until recently. Any issues were addressed promptly and with care before hand. I was contacted 10 days ago about a repair in need of being made which I appriciated. I didn’t want to leave my keys and was given enough time to take time off of work for this repair which I did so.she advised me of the time and date and that the company doing repairs and I let her know I would be prompt, appreciated the notice so I could accommodate. Actually felt like I mattered. I Arrived 20 minutes early and had unit opened and No one showed. Attempted calling manager numerous times with no response as well as contacted corporate. Finally, after going into a kiosk, a prespective tenant actually came in while I was on the kiosk, the prospective tenant came in and was horrified by what I was going through. But I can say that rep was able to reach a person at a different facility to let me know the hour and a half was a waste of my time as the repair was rescheduled. The rep was apologetic and attempted to make good on the epic fail, was quick in calling back but the district manager denied a credit for my trouble as “ it is my fault for not leaving a key”. If I want to be present with my things when you make a repair, THEN HONOR THE TIME YOU GAVE ME! I never had issues with ANY storage unit company til I make the move to public storage. But that’s ok, I will be looking elsewhere and learned some hard but sobering lessons when it comes to public storage just before Christmas on top of it.

Roxanne was amazing!! helped me with my unit answered all my questions very knowledgeable.she is very Kind and sweet showed me how to navigate the app. This girl deserves 100 star rating. Truly amazing thanks so much Roxxy for helping me will do business in the future as well. Will be referring everyone to see this lady
