I have rented a space at this location since April 2019. Rent was $79 for a year. The rate increased four months ago to $230. Next month rent will increased for the third time in a year to $320. I tried contacting customer service via chat to negotiate the price. Ed, the online chat rep was condescending and dismissive of my concerns. I requested a manager's help. Ed stonewalled to no end then ended the chat abruptly. I notified a district manager via email. Moments Iater I received ramdom notice that my rate review was denied. I plan to seek recourse and to take my business elsewhere.

The manager here Roxy is always amazing no matter the situation she always has a calming demeanor and a smile, she has helped me out so much with my account.i broke glass at my unit and asked for a broom when i saw her walking around cleaning and instead of letting me do it she insisted herself and cleaned up all the glass.
