This location is horrible I had an issue when I moved in, Brandi is not helpful, she did not try and help me with the storage I have. I have the same size storage and paying $60 more than my original charge. I even went all the way to the location in Missouri City and spoke with Mary which she tills me the regional manager would give me a call and that still has not happened. I have called everyday for two wells straight and left voicemail everyday with NO CALL back. I will be going to corporate with this complaint.

Danielle is amazing and extremely professional, I definitely recommend this location , the management is wonderful, very clean and no bugs or ect.
