Public Storage

This is a great public storage location! The loading dock area has plenty of room for an 18 wheeler, there are a ton of storage unit sizes to choose from, and the staff is always helpful/nice. We’ll continue to use this facility for all our storage needs.

I have this storage since 2020. It's been 4 years. I never had issues before. As the economy got worse and inflation surged as a single mom I had to make a couple of late payments but always paid before the month was done. I received numbers calls, texts, emails about my payment and threats of liens. I kid you not! I cannot believe for a storage where I store seasonal items is my worst bill. Harassing calls and late charges that was over 25 bucks. Furthermore last year I went to get my Christmas tree out and decor and a mouse ran across my items. Also a dead baby mouse was in front of the door as I pulled up my garage space. There were mice pellets all over my containers. I never had mice EVER!!!. I asked they could do something about as I am afraid to inside my storage. Plus I would have to clean all my items and ensure no mice are there. The property manager said they will not likely survive as there is no good source as they don't allow food HOWEVER they don't check anyone's items. So there is a possibility of someone storing food. I used to feel very comfortable cleaning Mt storage every summer and fall but I am terrified of mice! I keep making payments and when I have a hard time grt late fees and the rent goes up. I need to find another way to store my things bc I feel my items are ruined from the mice and I am still charged without help to resolve the pest issue.
UPDATE: DUE TO ME WRITING THIS REVIEW I WAS CHARGED A LATE FEE AND LIEN FEE. ORIGINALLY WAS PAYING 98 A MONTH FOR A 5X5 AND NOW ITS GONE UP TO 119 PLUS 20 LATE FEE AND 62 DOLLAR LIEN FEE. DO NOT RENT HERE! I WILL BE GATHERING MY MICE DAMAGED THINGS AND GOING SOME WHERE ELSE.
