Imdad is great!

This site is one of the cheapest in the area, and it seems like they do this by offering poor customer service and slow response times. I was attempting to see units they showed as available and when I got there during their office hours that are displayed no one was there. When I called to see if they were available to let me see the unit I was told they would get in touch with the manager, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told the site is by appointment only and they don't have staff on-site at all. Very frustrating to deal with and easier to just go to one of the storage places across the street.
