The DM Kathy Hanick is a perfect example of the kind of people the world needs more of. My life is in absolute shambles and even tho I have to leave the unit because I can no longer afford it or make it work for my needs she has gone far beyond any standard expectation to help me square this away. She was incredibly kind to me on the literal worst day of my life and really stopped a lot of chaos and panic from happening to me and my kids. I don’t leave reviews but this woman has her heart in the right place.

When I got here I was running late and Lori stayed late to help me. She was very helpful. I'm not good on the internet and Lori took care of it all. She even found a unit that was close for me. I really can't express how much she helped me in this stressful situation. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met.
