I needed a second unit and Lori really came through! She met me at the office and got me in and out in no time. It was an emergency situation and I don't know what I would have done without her. Awesome !

UPDATE 11/29 , 9:00AM.... INSURE YOUR STUFF....CAME INTO A HALF EMPTY UNIT.... ONLY THINGS OF VALUE MISSING.... DIAMOND BACK BIKE , TOOLS , AUTO DIAGNOSTIC , OTHER I HAVEN'T DISCOVERED YET.... LOCK AND LATCH INTACT .... SO FAR! HAD UNIT FOR A WEEK.... REMINDED ME OF PREVIOUS RENTAL WITH PUBLIC STORAGE, SAME SCENARIO.... YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE LEARNED.THE INSURANCE IS REAL , I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE IT.... GOOD LUCK!
