Issue during check in getting access but was sent down the street to have the ID check done, and the owner of this facility offered to rectify the situation.

I had a great experience moving in. Very friendly and efficient staff. All that I needed to know was presented very simply, especially with the assistance of the staff answering all the questions I had. I am very happy with the management and the physical space as well!
