Friendly Tasha was a great help

Tasha was awesome

Jae was shockingly unprofessional on a phone call that took place on 01/10/25 at approximately 1:00pm pst. She became belligerent, and proceeded to shout at me. I have never had such a disrespectful interaction before.
She informed me that they have had 'issues in the past with break-ins' and wanted to know when I will be returning my vehicle. Not sure how that is relevant to me using my vehicle and returning it at a later date.
