The Public Storage at Rancho Mirage is the best nancy will work with you and do everything to accommodate you. .I had a broken window in my A class RV cost of replacing it is $500 .Its amazing with all the cameras they had no footage of the break in .I asked for a partial refund but was denied They told me its not their policy so why have all the cameras and security gates if someone can just walk in and break into you property

UPDATE: Received a notice that our monthly rate would be going up 40% (over 1,000 a year!). When I inquired about options to avoid this I was told that I could either 1. Reduce the size of the space (not possible for us) or 2. Request a rate increase delay. We did the request and were denied. A regional supervisor said there was no one in the entire company that is able to make an exception, their hands were tied by the 'algorithm' that determines the rate. The facility and staff are still wonderful but BEWARE that your rate can significantly increase with only 30 days notice. Very disappointed that Public Storage has chosen to maximize profits over retaining customers.
