They have the rudest customer service! Ever!!!! Omg! The girl that they have answering phones needs to be fired asap. I believe is the same one that everyone is complaining about but she declined to tell me her name and supposedly there is no supervisor I can speak to. They don’t know when the car will be picked up, they don’t know the time, they don’t know if they will cancel due to a storm, they don’t know status on the order. I wish I can cancel this scam right now but is to late. I can warn others to please stay out of this business!

Pésimo servicio, cero comunicación, no hablan claro, le mienten al cliente sobre donde esta el vehículo. Te dicen que puedes ver el status de tu vehiculo online y la información es incorrecta. No los recomiendo para nada, primera y última vez que utilizo sus servicios. Si pudiera darle cero se lo ganaban.
