SÚPER MALA COMUNICACIÓN. LA DAMA QUE CONTESTA EL TELÉFONO TE ATIENDE SIN GANAS DE AYUDARTE Y CON NADA DE PROFESIONALISMO. TE ENVÍAN CORREOS ELECTRÓNICOS DICIENDO QUE SI TIENES DUDAS LLAMES Y CUANDO LLAMAS TE TRATAN DE FORMA INDIFERENTE SOLO POR QUERER TENER INFORMACIÓN. Y NO SOLO UNA VEZ, VARIAS VECES ME HAN DADO ESE TRATO. ES TRISTE SABER QUE EL DUEÑO, QUE ES VETERANO AL IGUAL QUE YO, TENGA EMPLEADOS ASÍ. OPINO QUE SI NO QUIEREN TRABAJAR CON CLIENTES DEBERÍAN DARLE LA OPORTUNIDAD A OTRO QUE SÍ. Y CLARO, EL TRATO FUE ASÍ LUEGO DE QUE PAGUÉ MI ENVÍO. LE DOY UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO SE PUEDE DAR MENOS.

I sent my Toyota FJ Cruiser from Puerto Rico to El Paso, TX, and it was damaged on the way, maybe on the ship or by the carrier. I submitted a claim for damage, and two months later, Mrs. Jenna Welsome from the claims department says they can not pay due to lack of evidence. I sent her the pictures more than twice, several emails and several calls which they did not want to answer.
