Incredibly poor customer service. Lost my quote inquiry and information despite having texted me to say they received it. When asked to look, the accused me of actually being mistaken as if I'd never entered it all rather than admit they lost it. Then hung up on me. Literally not even worth contacting unless you enjoy wasting your time. Both representatives I spoke with were rude and patronizing. I wouldn't use them even if they were free.

Nothing says poor business practice like cancelling ON moving day in the middle of the 8-10a arrival window. The bad reviews made me nervous but there were only a handful - but now I understand. Add insult to injury, Jamie who you will see mentioned in many of the poor reviews, was quite rude in emails asking any questions, one word answers if she could be bothered to answer at all. Avoid at all costs unless you’d like to risk being left high and dry on moving day with four days left to be moved out of your current place, and scrambling to find help.
