Puma Van Lines Moving Company - Professional Mover, Residential Moving Services Company Denton TX Customer Reviews

Review:

This company will claim to do out of state moves but will sub contract local day laborers that will not get the job done. From a Ca to Texas move costing almost $30k this company left unpack boxes, disassembled furniture and broke several items. Consumers be aware.BTW One of the day laborers smells like alcohol and they both looked homeless! If I wanted these kinda of workers I wouldn’t have paid $30k. And other reviews are fake

They showed up right on time. Can't believe how fast these guys were! Very efficient and also friendly. This company's customer service is also excellent.

6 months after relocating I am still shocked by the level of service that I received. This company’s employees (contractors) STOLE my things… all that they did not STEAL.. they damaged.

Affordability and clear communication. They were nice, quick responses and the moving guys were great too. Wouldn't call anyone else!

They stole a couple of my things. The first time I used them they stole one thing and returned it. This time they stole the exact same thing again and something else of value but did not return it. I filed a claim and the insurance company that they offload everything to denied the claim. There's evidently a laden form and a bunch of other paperwork that nobody tells you you have to fill out prior to them touching anything of yours. You have to inventory 100% of your items and give that to them, of course no one mentions that and so when a claim is filed they back out and say you didn't meet the end of the bargain that you never agreed to.
How about that for a racket?
