We can’t say enough good things about Shane and his team. They are true pros and very hardworking. We used them for two separate moves now and they have been fantastic both times. We would never use another moving company unless we had to. They were prompt, worked around our timeframes, and most of all, they were trustworthy. Tom packed us for both moves as well and we have a lot of delicate items. Shane kept us at ease the entire time and we knew we were in good hands. They communicated from the lead up to the move until well after to make sure everything was as expected. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care. During what is always a stressful experience, they made the most difficult parts go as smooth as possible. Can’t recommend them enough… 10/10.

We used Purcell last month for a 5 mile move from an apartment to a house. Before booking, Shane came to the apt to do a walkthrough, explain the process and provide a quote. The process from start to finish was organized and clear. Day 1 of the move they had someone pack and moved most boxes to their truck. Day 2 they got the rest of the boxes and furniture and completed the move. They were friendly, careful and efficient. We ended up shaving hundreds off the original quote since it took them less time than quoted and Shane was more than generous when determining the final amount. I would confidently use them again.

From the 1st phone call to moving the last of 37 bins and furniture to exactly where i wanted in my new apartment, Jessica on the end if the phone and Shane in charge of the move were terrific.

I was moving from one apartment to another w/in the same building so it was different from different from other moves i have done and probably a small job for them, but i got the same care and responses to all my questions as if i was moving a mansion across the country. This is a family run business -without crazy uncles or lazy cousins- and feels like the kind of old fashioned service we used to get.

My RE agent highly recommended Purcell and i can understand why she did.

We recently did a local move with Purcell and as many have already said before, it was a fantastic experience. It's not common anymore to find a company that communicates well and follows through with great follow-through but Purcell is just that company. From the ownership to the office staff and to those who packed & moved us, everyone was great to work with. Highly recommend Purcell!!
