Purely storage

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Very expensive, 5x10 for 170 a month. $3.4 per square foot. And $40 sqft/yr. For a storage unit, this is twice as expensive as regular San Bernardo county commercial rental rate.

I have other units in LA and SB county, rate are no where near the asking price here.

Also advertised first month half off but then when you sign up they will say the unit you renting is popular and won’t give the discount.
And so on.

The front desk girl is a very well seasoned sales person I respect that. Free lock is good too. Gate Hour is consistent, these are the plus.
