I would like to thank front office manager Jeremy H for his courteous and prompt assistance yesterday with my relocating to a smaller, more cost-effective unit that better fits my needs. I’d previously rented a larger unit several months ago and Jeremy was very transparent at the time about the possibility of finding a better unit. He was extremely friendly and efficient in facilitating the transaction. I feel very confident knowing my belongings are being stored in a secure, professional setting.

The manager of the Rockland facility notified me that there was a unit available. Not many people would do that. He’s a great guy and a great manager. I highly recommend this facility.
