I LOVE LOVE LOVE GIANNA!!!
This young lady is so professional and very helpful and over the top with kindness!! I can't even fathom anyone better to represent the 'face' of Purely Storage!!!
She is truly a great spirit to greet you at the gate! She always has a smile and positive attitude and I love that! After all, moving isn't the most fun of any events. Right? We are usually tired and hungry, dirty, soar and sometimes a little moody. So THANK THE GAWDS that Gianna is our 'guiding light' to help make it less stressful! She's always throwing out options to help me make choices as to what works best for my budget and keeping the storage bill paid! She's awesome and I would be lost without her! So, I thank you Purely Storage for hiring such remarkable staff ! I haven't met Vanessa yet but I'm sure I will treasures her as well!!!
(Let me say, I originally rented when Elizabeth was managing the facility, and I miss her! She helped me through the loss of both my parents and being bombarded with all thier belongings to fast for me to prepare a place for it all. But with her most professional warm shoulder she walked me through the most affordable options and the best fit for my needs and saved my soul ! I can never thank her enough for being there for me in a very difficult time. I will always love that woman and have respect for Purely Storage for employing great team members like her. I'm still missing her kind and sincere words of encouragement each time I enter the gates.

Had a great experience. Vanessa was very helpful and it was overall a quick and easy process.She Was really patient with me and all the questions I had. and I must add that she has a great demeanor that really stood out to me definitely recommend this place it’s clean and they are really professional.
