Mis-quoted, Mis-informed, Mis-steak

TLDR: Movers were late causing a 3+ hr additional charge, just to be met with a rude conversation with the owner after a long move.

When getting the quote, I was asked questions about my belongings and somehow… I was wrong for not disclosing the “boxes” with my move

When getting told the night before that a 9:30 AM arrival time was the latest (booked for 9), and the job did not start til 10:30… I was wrong for not disclosing time-sensitivity.

When my move-in window was pushed 3 hours later due to lateness, that resulted in workers sitting in their truck for that extended time frame, I was wrong for wanting to strictly pay for hours of labor and not time idling.

Most importantly after speaking with the owner, he was short, rude, and was insistent that I was wrong for all of these things. The final negotiation occurred which knocked my 1700 1 Bedroom move bill down to 1400… and I’m probably wrong for that as well.

Workers were excellent, professional, and the job was done the way I intended.. even when management and the office was not.

I will (wrongly) be taking my future moves with a different company ;-)

I was moving and contacted a few movers. Q s was by far the easiest pick I ever made. First of all, they speak English. The secondly, their prices are not insane. They came, they moved my stuff, they loaded it back in my new house.They did not break anything.And they charge me a fair fee, that's all I wanted.They did everything I wanted very happy, highly recommended
