Quality Moving and Storage

Due to familial circumstances, we had to quickly move from our home on Long Island. We chose Quality Moving and Storage for this purpose. As soon as I talked to Kathy on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. John and his crew did an outstanding job and they showed the utmost respect for all of our furniture and possessions. I cannot recommend them enough.

Quality Moving did a Commercial move for us and went above and beyond. John and his crew were polite and did everything we asked. Thank you!

My experience was not good with these movers. There were damages they would not take responsibility for even though their moving employee witnessed the damage and took pictures. When I tried to deal with the office they said, 'Never saw the pictures'. Of course, I suggested they look at them and I had paperwork to back up my expenses to replace my chairs; they did not take responsibility. My advice, 'Move On'. I would not have included a star if I could have posted without!

From my very first call to the moving truck driving away. Our experience with Quality Moving and Storage was great. My estimate to the final bill was very accurate.
